INEC, PDP and Mr Adeleke were granted seven days to respond to the tribunal’s pre-hearing form.
A reconciliation meeting was fixed and billed to be mediated by Adeboye, but one of them failed to show up, says the lawmaker.
The tribunal had also agreed on his request to conduct a forensic audit of the BVAS machine.
Mr Oyetola filed a petition at the election tribunal on August 5, challenging the outcomes of the July 16 governorship election won by Ademola Adeleke.
