The now convict was arraigned on a four-count charge bordering on conspiracy, malicious damage and stealing.
The prosecutor told the court that the trio committed the offences on November 18, at Mokola area of Ibadan, Oyo State.

Mr Ayeni said that the defendants hit the complainant’s lips and left her seriously injured.
Mrs Akintayo admitted the defendant to bail in the sum of N100,000 with two reliable sureties in like sum.
The police prosecutor, Inspector Ayodele Ayeni had told the court that the defendants committed the crime on February 19, at Idi-Arere area of Ibadan, Oyo State.
