U.S. rapper Snoop Dogg accused of sexual assault

American rapper Snoop Dogg has been accused of sexual assault and battery by Jane Doe, who attended his concert in 2013.
According to Reuters, a lawsuit was filed against the rapper in the Central District of California on February 9.
Ms Doe who was working with Snoop Dogg at the time, claimed that the rapper entered a bathroom, forced her to perform oral sex against her will and proceeded to masturbate in front of her.
“Plaintiff found herself thinking about her job security if she displeased Defendant Snoop Dogg, Plaintiff felt pressured by defendant Snoop Dogg due to his dominance, and his position of power over her, including his ability to hire and fire her and ensure that she would never be hired in his industry again,” the complaint said.
Snoop Dogg took to his Instagram to comment on the issue saying “Gold digger season is here be careful keep ya guards up and keep ya circle small.”
It was recently announced that the rapper will be performing at the halftime show of prestigious Super Bowl in Los Angeles on February 10.
