Ghanaian actor John Dumelo says he will walk barefoot from Accra, Ghana to Lagos if Nigeria defeat Ghana in the World Cup qualifiers match holding on Friday.
The actor boasted of Ghana’s impending victory via Instagram asserting that “there is no way Nigeria will win today’s match.”
The 38-year-old actor and politician also vowed to “walk barefoot from Accra to Lagos tomorrow morning with his ginger on his head” if Nigeria defeats Ghana tomorrow in the World Cup qualifiers match.
Ghana will match up against Nigeria in the first leg of the World Cup qualifier on March 25, 2022, at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium Kumasi, Ghana.
“Super Eagles my foot” John added.
Meanwhile, Nigerian celebrities have taken to social media to advice the actor to prepare for his long walk soon.
“Start to wash your leg for that walk you need like full basket of ginger, start walking because we will win,” Sharon Ooja responded.
