Primary school teachers in some local government areas had planned to go on strike over unpaid salaries.
The donation was made by Yakubu Ajaka, deputy national publicity secretary of the APC.
The governor said such declaration would help to respond more aggressively with more men, money and materials to the harrowing situation.
Plateau State NAPTIP commander noted that the Ta-hoss community in Riyom is particularly an endemic area for human trafficking minors.
Many students and staff of UNIJOS had come under a series of attacks with many reportedly killed.
“Members of the public are advised to disregard any rumour of review of the current curfew,” Plateau commissioner for information said.
So far 20 suspects have been arrested and the security agencies are conducting investigations on the killings.
The JNI described the violent attacks as “worrisome”, adding that it posed serious threats to the peace efforts of the state government.
“We have witnessed the willful and carefully planned destruction of crops in some areas of the state by criminals,” Mr Lalong said.
“While some communities have already sealed the deals for ceasefire with the terrorists and are currently reaping the benefits, others are on the verge of finalising theirs.”
