The court adjourned the case until April 30 for mention.
The convict pleaded guilty to the charge.
The court also gave the convict an option of N60,000 fine.

Mr Oriyomi also alleged that the defendants converted the sum of N4 million belonging to the complainant, to their own personal use.

Mr Nwachukwu said the complainant alleged that one Felix Nnandi dishonestly went into his shop and made away with his electrical appliances worth N23 million.
Mr Adaraloye alleged that the defendant fraudulently collected N2.5 million from the complainant, Rashidat Lawal, to process a European visa for her son.
The case was adjourned to October 2 for hearing.
