The Lagos government adopted its white paper of the judicial panel’s recommendations that were submitted earlier this month.
The protest, which holds next month, will feature CP Odumosu, Segun Awosanya and other rights activists and commentators.
Amnesty International country director Osai Ojigho said the minister had become predictable with his repeated snide remarks regarding the Lekki massacre.
“Since the EndSARS activities, more people have not been obeying traffic rules; they believe they can behave anyhow they like.”
The panel said some victims of police brutality suffered mental trauma, physical body pains, loss of lives and property.
The report said governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu invited the soldiers who massacred unarmed and peaceful protesters.
Mr Blinken emphasised that the Buhari regime and states governments must ensure that those involved in the shooting are prosecuted and human rights abuses are addressed.
Mr Mohammed has rabidly denied the soldiers killed protesters, predominantly Nigerian youths, at the Lekki facility.
The judicial panel recommended renaming the facility to #EndSARS Tollgate, and October 20 declared a toll-free day to commemorate young Nigerians killed at the plaza.
“Men of the Nigerian Army that were deployed to the Lekki Tollgate…should be made to face appropriate disciplinary action, stripped of their status, and dismissed…”
