The Magistrate, Olasinmibo Sanusi, granted the defendant bail in the sum of N500,000 and two sureties in like sum.
The defendant pleaded not guilty to the charge.
The magistrate remarked that domestic violence could cause a lot of dangers including trauma for the children.
