Mr Obi said this on Wednesday at his presidential campaign rally in Makurdi, pledging to ensure that youth were gainfully engaged by empowering them with skills.
Mr Obi made the remark at the Presidential Town Hall meeting on Sunday in Abuja.
Mr Bako maintained that the massive support Mr Obi had received across the country was an indication that he posed the qualities of a good leader.
