The police noted that so far no arrest was made relating to electoral violence in the ongoing poll.
One of the suspects said the police recovered over N34 million from their account.
The police said a fleeing member of Accord Party, identified as Muftau Abdulkareem, facilitated their entry into the state.
Mr Adewusi also urged voters to remain peaceful and conduct themselves responsibly throughout the voting and collation processes.
Mr Ojelabi said that the arrest was part of intensified security operations by the police to prevent actions capable of undermining the credibility of the electoral process.
Voters arrived at their polling units as early as 7 a.m., checking the registers pasted on walls for their names ahead of accreditation.
Mrs Alaraoye called on the people of the state to accept the outcome of the election and support.
