The governor reiterated his unwavering commitment to investing in arts, culture and tourism.
Mr Tahir previously served as the director of public prosecution in the ministry.
Mr Yusuf said this aims to empower local governments with financial and administrative independence.
According to Mr Dawakin-Tofa, providing free school uniforms will boost enrolment, improve retention, and ensure equal opportunity.
Mr Dawakin-Tofa stated that the gesture was meant to equip the beneficiaries to start their own enterprises, become self-reliant, and contribute to the state’s economy.
