Mr Baba added that morale of police personnel has drastically reduced following the aftermath of the #EndSARS protest.
A police service commissioner said the report contained serious allegations and information that would need to be verified.
“Any police that wants to be successful must have the support of the people.”
“The arrest, trial, and conviction of those prisoners were as a result of strenuous efforts and investigations.”
He added that the tragedy that befell the country during the #EndSARS protests would have been averted if the PPCC was active.
